Blackberry Messenger Causes Data Outage

It appears that the latest release of the BlackBerry Messenger application is the root cause of a major outage on Tuesday. The outage caused users to be unable to use the data services on their phones. This caused all data services including email to be unavailable.

P90X Lifestyle Transformation

I am a Technology Consultant and sit in a cubicle all day. While I was happy with my life I missed the competition of the field. About 6 months ago, with the blessing of my wife, I started playing rugby with the Houston Athletic Rugby Club (HARC). After working out with the team over the summer and practice in the fall I find my self very out of shape, hardly being able to finish one half of play. After 6 months I realized that while I have a better knowledge of how to exercice than most my body has changed from what I was taught and I realized I needed help. Using Joins instead of Sub Queries: a Case Study

During a recent upgrade from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 some poorly written code was exposed on a custom web application. Users and developers started reporting that their applications were timing out. Microsoft Project 2010

Microsoft has released Project 2010 in a beta release.  For those interested in testing there are some compatibility issues that exist.  Project 2010 is not compatible with Project Server 2007.  The Pert Add-in has been removed.  And much more.  Read more on the Project Team’s Blog here…
